1. Services

C Breeze Professionals ("we," "us," or "our") provides website design, development, and content marketing services to B2B clients. All services are delivered according to the specific scope agreed upon at the time of purchase.

2. Project Timeline

Website projects are typically delivered within 1–4 weeks from the date all required materials (brand assets, content, approvals) are received. Content retainers begin upon payment and remain active on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, brand assets, and necessary approvals to keep projects on schedule. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final delivered website design and content produced specifically for them. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
